How to Renew Online — Step by Step

  1. Check your HS&E test validity — your test pass must be less than 2 years old. If it has expired, book and pass the test before proceeding.

  3. Confirm your qualifications are still registered on the system. If you have gained additional qualifications since your last card, you may be eligible for a higher card type.

  5. Confirm your personal details (address, contact information)
  6. Pay the £36 renewal fee by debit or credit card
  7. Receive your new card within approximately 10 working days
